More than 15 years of experience in important national financial institutions (Financiera CrediChile, Corp Banca), telecommunications (ClaroChile, VTR) and retail (Fasa).
Experience in digital transformation projects, operation of centralized services to companies in other countries, operation of companies in multiple developing countries and implementation of products and services.

Industrial Civil Engineer with an MBA from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a diploma in Customer Experience.
She has over 15 years of experience in the retail, finance, telecommunications, and technology sectors, having worked at companies such as Entel, CMR Falabella, and Cencosud.
